The 'Small is More' philosophy of Cyan/PDX speaks to the creative working class. A generation interested in living sustainably without sacrificing beautiful design and an urban lifestyle. The Cyan Sales Center is part real estate showroom (two outfitted full-scale apartments exist within the space), part gallery, and part event space. The program extends beyond selling apartments and strives to be a central hub that celebrates the local neighborhood and the Portland community at large.
